Breakfast
Already in the morning gourmets are ensnared by us according to all rules of culinary art: Start your vacation day with a balanced breakfast and help yourself to the richly laid buffet. Sweet, hearty, sporty-light, vegetarian or vegan. Local delicacies await you, fresh and homemade, along with hot coffee or tea and the smoothie of the day. Order your choice of egg dishes, squeeze your own favorite juice in our vitamin corner, and dig into muesli, pastries, and all sorts of regional products.
You want to have your breakfast somewhere completely different? For example, at a nearby, rustic hut? Or would you like to take your coffee in a thermos flask with you on a morning walk and enjoy it in our hotel forest while the birds are chirping? Extras, like these, we are happy to make possible for you! Just ask in advance.
Marende
"Marende" - that's what we South Tyroleans call the small refreshment in the afternoon. And just as our alpine-Mediterranean regional cuisine is always an experience, we also want to reinterpret the Marende and make it a culinary highlight for you. Look forward to four tastefully arranged, refined snacks in a wooden gourmet box every day. You can choose your favorite place for a snack yourself: be it on the restaurant terrace, in summer on the picnic blanket outside, in winter with toboggan and blankets in the snow or gladly in our cozy lobby. A variety of snacks await you, e.g. spicy farmhouse bacon with horseradish, colorful salads with bacon dumpling pralines, South Tyrolean-style tramezzini, cheese specialties, but also on farm yogurt with organic muesli or freshly baked Linzer Torte.
Dinner
As a tribute to the Antholz Valley, every evening we offer you a choice of an Antholz Special as an alternative to the delicious Á la Carte menu. Here you can choose from a local starter, main course and dessert or enjoy the entire Antholz menu. So every day you have the opportunity to discover our homeland also in the culinary sense. Also our wine menu has an exquisite selection of South Tyrolean wines.
