Pijat na pijaci
Pijat na pijaci takes place every Saturday at the Zadar City Market until June 13, 2026.
It is a relaxed outdoor gastronomic event that brings together local producers, chefs, and visitors through a selection of fresh, seasonal ingredients and creatively prepared dishes. The focus is on the idea of creating an authentic Dalmatian “pijat” from market produce.
Alongside gastronomy, the event also offers a social atmosphere, the opportunity to meet local family farms, and additional activities, turning the Zadar market into a vibrant place of encounters, flavours, and local culture.
