What happens to my existing benefits?
With your new registration, you will automatically transition into the new loyalty programme, and your previous memberships, including their benefits, will end. Within the Falkensteiner Members Club, you benefit from an expanded world of advantages: You collect points for your stays, redeem them flexibly for benefits, and enjoy additional offers such as exclusive events or special club experiences – all designed to make your stay even more individual.

What happens to my Spirit Club membership?
By registering for the Falkensteiner Members Club, your existing Spirit Club membership will be seamlessly transferred – without any additional effort on your part. You will immediately benefit from the new, enhanced member world.
If you decide not to register at this time, you can continue using your existing membership as usual.

How do I collect points?
You collect points for stays booked directly with Falkensteiner – for example via our website or directly with the property. Bookings must be made using the email address registered in your member profile.

Are points based on spending?
No. Points are calculated based on your stay, the accommodation category and the duration of your stay – not on spending. This means your loyalty is rewarded regardless of whether you stay at one of our campsites, 4* or 5* hotels, or residences.

What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for a wide range of benefits – individually selectable experiences and advantages that enhance your stay.
Whether it’s a wine tasting, a Meet & Greet with Falky for your children, or a relaxing couple’s massage: You decide which benefit to use and when, shaping your stay entirely according to your wishes. All options are clearly displayed in your personal member portal.

Do my points expire?
Your points remain valid as long as your account is active. After a longer period of inactivity, your profile will be paused. Activity is defined as bookings and stays made directly via the website, by phone, through the reservation department or at one of our hotels.

When are my points credited?
Points are credited no later than 7 working days after your departure.

Do I receive points for upcoming or current stays?
Yes, provided you are registered before your stay and it is a direct booking. Points are credited no later than 7 working days after your departure.

Do I receive points for cancelled bookings?
No, points are only credited for completed stays.

Can I collect and redeem points at all Falkensteiner properties?
Yes, the Falkensteiner Members Club is valid across all Hotels & Residences.

What happens to my current status?
Your previous loyalty is, of course, taken into account. At the start of your Falkensteiner Members Club journey, you will receive a corresponding starting credit in the form of points reflecting your past stays – giving you a clear advantage from the very beginning.

The amount depends on factors such as travel period and accommodation, ensuring a balanced and attractive offer. In general, the bonus can be redeemed during the entire opening periods of participating properties, subject to availability.

How long is the Welcome Back Bonus valid?
The bonus is valid for up to 8 weeks after your departure. The actual travel date may also take place at a later time.
