On Tuesday, 17 November 2026, STUDIO herzfeld combines Yin Yoga with the sound of the gong – a calm retreat before the festive season gets busy. Gentle stretches, deep gong vibrations and a closing incense ritual bring body and mind to rest. No previous yoga experience is required.

What to bring: a yoga mat, a jumper or wrap for the relaxation phase, a blanket, an eye pillow (if you have one).
