Our yogi Emily Stewart is a proverbial jackass. Already in her teenage years, she discovered her love of movement and finally agreed this with her professional Fed. With her extensive training in fitness and yoga, she teaches a variety of disciplines. When she's not teaching online or in person, she writes enthusiastically about sports and exercise for Runtastic or hone her stand-up comedy for the NarrenCastl in Salzburg.
