Via Ferrata Course Ramsau - Youth
At the “Kala” via ferrata on Sattelberg, a rewarding mountain experience awaits young people aged nine and over. Secured on the rope of a certified mountain guide, participants complete their first own via ferrata step by step. The course introduces essential techniques, safety skills and confident movement in alpine terrain.
When: Thursday, 9.00 am
Meeting point: 8.50 am, Ramsau Information Office, Ramsau 372, 8972 Ramsau am Dachstein. Transfer to Alte Mühle by the Kali train.
Duration: approx. 2 hours, collection at Sattelberghütte
Age: from 9 years
Price: € 45 per child, € 42 with the Schladming-Dachstein Card. Payment in advance at the Ramsau Information Office.
Requirements: Walking clothing and sturdy footwear
Included: Rental equipment (helmet and harness), guidance by certified mountain and ski guides
After the via ferrata, refreshments are available at Sattelberghütte.
Registration required by Wednesday, 4.00 pm.
Tip: Children’s climbing from seven years, Wednesdays at 9.00 am.
