The creator of Kento Bay Restaurant & Lookout’s gourmet menu is South Tyrolean Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser. On this evening, he will cook for the guests and present his intriguing and delicious interpretation of panasian cuisine created with typical local ingredients. On this occasion, the chef himself will meet guests during dinner to talk about the inspirations that led to the definition of the menu, the qualities of the unique ingredients of our land, and some anecdotes of life in the kitchen.
