In October, flavour tells its stories. A different experience every day: pizza and cocktail masterclasses, tastings of local wines, encounters with regional spirits, and other culinary moments that bring South Tyrol to the glass and to the plate.

Tuesdays: Cocktail Masterclass, 5.00–6.00 pm
Wednesday 7 & 21 October: Speck Tasting, 4.00–5.00 pm
Wednesday 14 & 28 October: Strudel Family Masterclass, 1.00–2.00 pm
Thursdays: Mocktail Masterclass, 5.00–6.00 pm
Fridays: Pizza Masterclass, 1.00–2.00 pm
Saturdays: Wine Dinner, 6.30–9.00 pm
Sundays: Cocktail Masterclass, 5.00–6.00 pm
