Every Saturday, guests can choose an additional main course from Czech cuisine as part of the served dinner. Look forward to popular classics of Czech gastronomy such as beef sirloin in cream sauce with bread dumplings, beef goulash, roast duck with cabbage, or other seasonal specialties inspired by traditional Czech cuisine, prepared by the team of Head Chef Miroslav Matějkin.
This turns every Saturday into a culinary journey through the flavours of tradition — with a focus on balance, high-quality ingredients and a modern gastronomic approach. Our team will also be happy to recommend selected Czech wines or a glass of Pilsner beer to perfectly complement your dining experience.
