Local culinary delights 


In our Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Sonnenparadies in South Tyrol you can enjoy the best of both worlds, especially from a culinary point of view: Typical South Tyrolean traditions combined with the flair of Italian and Mediterranean specialties. Chef Viktor Grunser composes the menus and puts particular emphasis on fresh ingredients from the South Tyrol region, local products from our butcher, and refines the culinary delicacies with fresh herbs from our herb garden. A real treat for all gourmets.

If you choose the Falkensteiner 3/4 board, you can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet, including an organic food corner and in the afternoon, you can enjoy homemade snacks and cakes.

For dinner, we offer choice menus including a buffet of fresh salads and antipasti with a selection of the finest extra virgin oils and dressings, a big choice of desserts, fruit and cheese.

Weekly themed and gala evenings are also on our program, as well as a dessert buffet each Saturday with a large selection of desserts.

In the summer, enjoy the balmy summer evenings on our terrace as we fire up the grill to prepare delicacies just for you.
