PURE PLEASURE IN SOUTH TYROL
From a culinary aspect one can enjoy the best of two worlds in our Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Sonnenparadies in South Tyrol: typical, traditional South Tyrolian cooking combined with the flair of Italian and Mediterranean specialities. Chef Viktor Grunser creates the menus for our health-cuisine, and for him it’s most important that only the freshest ingredients from the South Tyrol region and local products from our butcher are used. He then refines theses culinary delicacies with fresh herbs form our own herb garden. A pure joy for gourmets.
If you choose the comfortable 3/4 board you can enjoy a generous breakfast, including an organic food corner and a varied buffet. At lunch you can decide between various salads, soups or snacks and in the afternoon you can enjoy home-made cakes (and in season E additionally offered with coffee).
In the evening there's a wide choice between six course menus of your choice as well as a buffet of fresh salads with a selection of the finest extra virgin oils and dressings, a big choice of desserts, fruit and cheese.
In addition, weekly-themed and gala evenings await you, as well as a dessert buffet with a great selection of treats each Saturday.
In the summer, enjoy the warm summer evenings on our terrace as we fire up the grill to prepare delicacies just for you.
