Singing Bowl Meditation at the Carinzia
Slow down and let the sound do its work: on three Wednesday evenings, Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Carinzia in Tröpolach invites you to a singing bowl meditation.
On 14 October, 11 November and 16 December 2026, Sonja Prugern guides you into deep relaxation with the warm tones of the singing bowls, each time from 6 to 7 pm.
It is an hour of mindfulness that turns an active day on the Nassfeld into a calm evening. No previous experience needed – simply arrive and listen.
