Do guests have to wear orinasal masks?

Guests are not obligated to wear orinasal masks and/or gloves within the resort as well as in public places beyond the resort, but is recommended. Staff members will at all times wear orinasal masks/visiers as well as gloves in direct contact with guests when there is not any protection barrier between them. There will be orinasal masks as well as gloves available at the reception if urgent. We urge guests to pack their own masks with them. When leaving the hotel it is obligatory to wear a mask or a covering for the nose and mouth in all public places like shoping center, museums, cosmetical/hairdresses salons, pharmacies, public transports like buses, taxi, etc..

What is the minimum Social distance required?

The minimum distance has to be 2 m as well as disinfectant dispensers with guidelines for proper hand hygiene will be ensured greatly in all public areas (SPA, restaurants, pools, beach, lobbies and other public areas).

What do I have consider when visiting the restaurant Mara’s kitchen?

We ensure that the guidelines provided by the Montenegrian Institute for Public Health are strictly observed. In addition we have taken measures that go beyond this and assure maximum hygiene and safety. We are taking great effort to provide the usual excellent Falkensteiner service despite the necessary safety measures and to maintain the variety of our usual offers. All guidelines including regular personal hygiene (hand washing guide) are strictly controlled internally. According to current guidelines in Montenegro, friends/family can sit at the same table. We have modified and adapted our buffet service according toIZJZCG where is recommended distribution of food exclusively throughout our employees (self-service for our guests is not permitted). In the restaurant and on the terrace of the restaurant the tables are set up according to the recommended social distancing. The table will be set up after guest arrival. Soft drinks can be taken freely by glass from contactless dispensers. Beer and vine will be served at the table. The masks are not requied at the restoran.

What do I have to consider when visiting bar?

According to IZJZCG recommendations it is not allowed to sit and consume drinks at the bar counter. Guest can only pick up his order at the bar and cannot stand for a longer period of time.

What do I have to consider when using Spa facilities?

When entering the Spa area to consider safety distance measures of 2 m and regular hand hygiene. Following the government regulations, the steam bath will not be in operation until further notice. However, the Finnish sauna will be operated, strictly following the guidelines provided by the IZJZCG. During pedicure and manicure treatments it is mandatory to wear orinasal masks.

What do I have to consider at pools and beach?

Social distancing (especially at the beachfront) as well as practising good hand hygiene are desired. In the pools there will be a restriction of how many guests can be in it depending on the squared meters of the pool, controlled by pool boy.

Will programs and activities take place at the destination?

Outdoor activities are allowed and not affected by government regulations, but social distancing (especially at the beachfront) as well as practising good hygiene are desired. Sport equipment will be disinfected after each use.

How are you handling daily housekeeping services?

We have a standard housekeeping procedure during these times, and also, you will be asked by reception for your housekeeping service preferences. The cleaning is available reglularly, but can be done more or less frequent upon request.

What do I have to consider when going on excursions/boat trips?

According to government regulations, there are no specific restrictions in place that regard outdoor activities such as boat trips, excursions or rentals. Social distancing and keeping good hand hygiene is recommended.

Will the check-in/check-out times change?

The check-in/check-out times remain as they are at the moment and will not be changed (check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 10 am). At the check-out there will be the possibility to receive the invoice at the reception.

Can I pay cash?

Contactless payment is recommended but cash payments are also accepted.

If I suspect to have any symptoms of the COVID 19 what do I have to do?

In that case please contact immediately our Health and Safety team (contact provided at the reception) who will take care of you further.

Is there a doctor available at the resort?

No, but we have medical worker in the hotel who is in direct contact with local and regional medical servis.

Do you check temperatures daily of your guests?

No, but we are checking our employees temperature daily.

Four-legged guests are allowed in the room, the lobby and the bar. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs must always be kept on a leash in the public areas of the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA area.

Please note that only one dog per room is allowed. Maximum dog weight allowed is 5 kg.
