Heat and Breath Sauna Days
From 31 October to 3 November 2026, the sauna area at the Falkensteiner Family Hotel Montafon becomes a stage for themed sauna ceremonies. Eight ceremonies across four days range from a Halloween sauna party to Italian and Austrian wellness traditions and the immersive sauna show Neverland in Montafon. The morning format Mobility & Breath combines gentle mobilisation with conscious breathing and sets the tone for the day in the alpine surroundings of the Montafon. The ceremonies are led by an external wellness experience consultant and are included for hotel guests. For questions about your stay, the team at the Falkensteiner Family Hotel Montafon is available on +43 555620 888 or at montafon@reservations.falkensteiner.com.
