• An extensive breakfast buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold delicacies, premium organic produce and regional specialities awaits you every day. At midday, a light lunch is ready and waiting, before the day winds down with varied evening buffets and rotating themed dinners.
• The culinary foundation is the Via Alpina concept: regional, seasonal and light cuisine with alpine influences – interpreted in a modern style and prepared with great attention to detail.
• All meals are served buffet-style. Live cooking stations and a diverse selection ensure every guest finds exactly what they fancy.
• Individual dietary requirements are warmly accommodated: vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, as well as other food intolerances, can be catered for when notified in advance at the time of booking.
• Should you miss the light lunch or feel peckish after 14:00, a small à la carte menu with a selection of light dishes – prepared with care and quality ingredients – is available (not included in full board).

Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we will contribute to your holistic wellness while on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. Vegan meals are available on request in our restaurants. From tofu to seasonal, home-made vegan dishes, and special commercially available vegan products, seasonal fruit and sorbets. For breakfast, enjoy seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables, jams and margarine. We are happy to serve you vegan spreads - please order in advance. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free products such as pasta, baked goods, cheese and sausage products, spreads and cereals are all available on request.

We are also happy to offer 'Valet Parking' for you. We would like to inform you that parking in our underground car park is free of charge. However, charging your e-car is subject to a charge and we take the liberty of charging an amount of EUR 0.43 per kWh here.

Is there a dress code in the restaurant?
To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that the restaurant area is not entered in swimwear or sportswear. While there is no formal dress code, we do expect guests to appear in appropriate, neat clothing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and therefore a complete smoking ban applies throughout the entire hotel. This applies in all public areas as well as in the rooms.

In case of disregarding the smoking ban in your hotel room, we take the liberty of charging you a cleaning fee, which depends on the respective damage.

Four-legged companions are part of the family too: a thoughtfully curated welcome set ensures your dog feels at home from the very first moment.

Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel and we kindly ask you to use poop bags.

If you want to leave your dog alone in the room during your stay, please be so kind and use our sign "Please do not disturb - I am alone in the room" and hang it on the door handle of your room.

Tipping has a long tradition in the hotel and catering industry and is regarded as financial appreciation and a thank you for special service. However, the increase in cashless payments means that tipping is becoming more and more complicated. In addition, we have changed the concept in some of our hotels and included more services. This means that there is even less opportunity to tip when paying. 

After an increasing number of requests from our guests for ways to give tips in an uncomplicated way, we have created the voluntary flat-rate tip. 
With this we take the liberty of adding 10 euros per night/room to your bill as a voluntary tip, provided you were satisfied with the service. You have the option to cancel, reduce or even increase this amount at any time. Of course, you can still tip individually. 

We will inform you again in detail about our voluntary flat-rate tip at check-in and check-out and will also be happy to accept your wishes here.
This model is not only a service for our guests but also puts a smile on the faces of our staff. And we would like to thank you for this! 

Good to know
Every Falkensteiner hotel that offers the voluntary flat-rate tip has its own tip committee. The committee consists of one employee per department and decides how the money is to be distributed.
