We are also happy to offer 'Valet Parking' for you. We would like to inform you that parking in our underground car park is free of charge. However, charging your e-car is subject to a charge and we take the liberty of charging an amount of EUR 0.43 per kWh here.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and therefore a complete smoking ban applies throughout the entire hotel. This applies in all public areas as well as in the rooms.

In case of disregarding the smoking ban in your hotel room, we take the liberty of charging you a cleaning fee, which depends on the respective damage.

On request dogs are warmly welcome at our hotel. Your dog may accompany you to the room, the lobby and also to the bar. However, the restaurants, pools and spa are reserved for holidaymakers. We take the liberty of charging a fee of EUR 39 per dog/per night.

Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel and we kindly ask you to use poop bags.

If you want to leave your dog alone in the room during your stay, please be so kind and use our sign "Please do not disturb - I am alone in the room" and hang it on the door handle of your room.

Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we will contribute to your holistic wellness while on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. Vegan meals are available on request in our restaurants. From tofu to seasonal, home-made vegan dishes, and special commercially available vegan products, seasonal fruit and sorbets. For breakfast, enjoy seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables, jams and margarine. We are happy to serve you vegan spreads - please order in advance. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free products such as pasta, baked goods, cheese and sausage products, spreads and cereals are all available on request. 

If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten or lactose-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking.
 

If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that depending on the rate/package booked, cancellation terms & fees may vary.  
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
 

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill by bank transfer, cash, with ATM/EC card, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.

There are a large number of barrier-free areas in our hotels. Of course, we will also be happy to help you overcome any obstacles and assist you whenever necessary.
