•    12 m motor yacht in pristine condition with a large swim platform
•    Double sun loungers on the bow and in the cockpit
•    Kitchen, saloon, 2 double cabins and a bathroom, WC below deck
•    Outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the swim platform
•    Separate cockpit bar on deck
•    Radio, CD player including outdoor and indoor speakers
•    Air conditioning, heating
•    Cruising or racing – anything is possible: twin 300-hp Volvo Penta engines
