Exercise is the best recipe for well-being. Here on the Katschberg, there are numerousopportunities for you to practise your favourite sport. Depending on the season and the weather, the programme can include either physical training or relaxation. Choose from a selection of fitness and physical exercises such as abs, legs and glutes training, aqua gym, deep relaxation, stretching, Nordic walking or morning sports. The club hotel programme changes weekly!
The equipment is available to you free of charge in our fitness room. You can achieve optimal training results with pulse-controlled training.
