It is therefore very important that we give our employees the opportunity to develop themselves. The Falkensteiner Academy provides you with the most important tools to be the best in your job.

Thanks to our professional external and internal trainers the Falkensteiner Academy is able to offer a wide range of off-the-job trainings, tailored to as many different needs of our team members as possible. Additionally internal Area Trainers are supporting the Academy and the hotels on site. They conduct Academy standard trainings at each hotel of their area.
