The Bistro

The Bistro brings modern Italian flair to the table – with handmade pasta, fresh comfort food and a relaxed courtyard vibe. From a late morning coffee to a laid-back lunch, or an intimate dinner with unexpected twists, this is where everyday favourites are reimagined. 

From 11:30 to 17:00, the menu features light, flavourful Italian classics: think linguine alle vongole, house-made lasagne, and ragù slow-cooked to perfection. Guests can watch fresh pasta being prepared through a window into the open kitchen – a quiet nod to craft and quality. Alongside these beloved staples, you'll find bowls, burgers, club sandwiches, and creative salads, ideal for a poolside pause or relaxed lunch on the shaded terrace. All dishes are also available for take-away. 

As evening arrives, the Bistro subtly shifts pace. The focus turns to elevated Italian cuisine with Japanese influences – a nod to the Japanese izakayas. Expect dishes like wagyu beef tartare with yuzu, linguine with miso beurre blanc and cod roe, or a delicate tuna carpaccio with orange ponzu and tahoon cress. The atmosphere stays relaxed, the flavours become bolder, and the setting invites long conversations over beautifully prepared plates.
