Open from 12.00 am, House of Negroni Salò offers an adults-only daytime setting connected to the spa, with artisanal coffees, fresh juices and light lunches overlooking Lake Garda. As the day unfolds, the atmosphere gradually shifts towards the evening.

From 6.00 pm, everyone is welcome for sunset aperitivos, dinner and late-night drinks. Craftsmanship and balance shape the experience, from classic Negroni variations and signature creations to Spritzes and refined alcohol-free options, accompanied by carefully selected dishes and bites to enjoy overlooking the lake.
