The rate for the underground garage is € 13,00 per day (obligatory use if you arrive by car).
As of 01.01.2027 a parking spot in the garage will be € 16,00 per day.

Please leave your vehicle only at the marked parking area.

Vehicles outside of the marked area will be taken away by the towing service.

The hotel is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle.

NEW: 10 new car charging stations. Charging is available for a fee, and you can use your own RFID roaming cards.

In case of a no-show and early departure

In case of a no-show, unused rooms or an early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount

To guarantee your booking please send us your credit card details. Payment can be done with bank transfer before arrival to hotel
or it can be paid directly at the hotel reception, with a  guarantee of credit card details (type, credit card number and expiry date).

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize the credit card before arrival, as well as to use it for eventual extra service charges, 
which might occur during the stay in hotel or for any other incidentals such as damage done while staying in a hotel.

Prices are assigned in Euro (€).

We advise you that the best way is to prepay the whole amount by bank transfer before arrival to avoid currency fluctuation.

Tipping has a long tradition in the hotel and catering industry and is regarded as financial appreciation and a thank you for special service. However, the increase in cashless payments means that tipping is becoming more and more complicated. In addition, we have changed the concept in some of our hotels and included more services. This means that there is even less opportunity to tip when paying. 

After an increasing number of requests from our guests for ways to give tips in an uncomplicated way, we have created the voluntary flat-rate tip. 
With this we take the liberty of adding 10 euros per night/room to your bill as a voluntary tip, provided you were satisfied with the service. You have the option to cancel, reduce or even increase this amount at any time. Of course, you can still tip individually. 

We will inform you again in detail about our voluntary flat-rate tip at check-in and check-out and will also be happy to accept your wishes here.
This model is not only a service for our guests but also puts a smile on the faces of our staff. And we would like to thank you for this! 

Good to know
Every Falkensteiner hotel that offers the voluntary flat-rate tip has its own tip committee. The committee consists of one employee per department and decides how the money is to be distributed.
