HOW TO EARN POINTS

Discover how you can earn Volare points if you book a stay with Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences.

  • Book directly on the Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences website  
  • Or call 0472 694100 and share your flight card number when booking  
  • When checking in, please share your Volare Card number with the front office manager.  
  • Points are not credited immediately but within 30 days starting from the end of your stay 
  • Points are only awarded for direct bookings through the channels indicated in the first and second point.  
  • Points are awarded for spending on the booked stay and not on any extra expenses you may incur at the hotel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Points are only awarded for direct bookings through the channels indicated in the previous section. Points are awarded for the cost of the booked stay and not for any extra costs incurred at the hotel. 
  • Points are not awarded for cancelled bookings or no-shows even if a penalty fee is charged 
  • Points cannot be combined with other loyalty programmes
