David Kammerer
David Kammerer is a paraclimber in the Italian National Team and holds the title of Italian Champion in his category. In addition to his sporting successes, he also works as a mindfulness coach at Burger Hof and teaches climbing at the Heliks climbing hall in Bruneck. He takes great pleasure in sharing his passion for climbing and nature with others. He is particularly interested in strengthening the connection between body, mind and soul. With the help of a simple and accessible approach, he wants to inspire people to become more aware of themselves and to enjoy life to the fullest.
Michael Pichler
Michael Pichler is a health and fitness trainer, sauna coach, outdoor guide, hiking leader and educator. Holistic health is his top priority. He places special emphasis on mindfulness and the deep connection to nature. He takes great pleasure in working with people, sharing his wealth of experience and observing their personal development.

- 15.00 Arrival
- 16.00 Getting to know each other and first climbing session
- 17.30 Sauna meditation, yoga and breathing exercises
- 19.30 Dinner together

- 07.00 Morning session
- 08.15 Breakfast
- 09.00 Departure to the climbing spot (depending on weather conditions, either outside or in the climbing hall Bruneck/Toblach)
- Exercises and training for mindful climbing and mental training while climbing
- 13.00 Lunch (on site, at the hotel or individually)
- 16.00 Sauna meditation, yoga and intensive breath work with joint exchange
- 19.30 Dinner (slight variation depending on the duration of the exchange after breath work)

- 07.00 Morning session
- 08.15 Breakfast
- 09.00 Departure to the climbing spot (depending on weather conditions, either outside or in the climbing hall Bruneck/Toblach)
- Confrontation with fear: fall training and deepening of the exercises from the previous day
- 13.00 Lunch (on site, at the hotel or individually)
- 16.00 Sauna meditation, yoga and breath work
- 19.30 Dinner (slight variation depending on the duration of the exchange after breath work)

Prerequisites: Independent climbing and securing in the lead or trailing position. Own climbing shoes and harness are required. Belay device and helmet can be rented on site.
