Our young and passionate kitchen team is unbeatable because it is just as diverse as the regional cuisine itself. Here, South Tyrol cooks together with southern Italy but with an extra portion of passion for good measure. Alpine, Mediterranean, always authentic and in addition cosmopolitan. Our gourmet concept reflects exactly that. Look forward to a new variety of Knödel, Italian classics that you can't get enough of as well as internationally inspired dishes.

Holiday breakfast
With everything your heart desires: freshly squeezed juices, crispy bread specialities and cakes, a variety of muesli, fresh fruit, local cold cuts, farmer's ham and full-flavoured cheeses, fresh eggs cooked to order and much more.

Marende
This afternoon snack or Marende is a South Tyrolean tradition that is particularly close to our hearts. This is why we have chosen to incorporate it as a special highlight into our luxury ¾ board. After you return to the hotel from your afternoon activities, you can expect tasty refreshments including typical sweet and savoury snacks: From good South Tyrolean speck to tramezzini to apple strudel. We serve our Marende from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Enjoy the evening
Dinner is one of the most beautiful highlights on holiday. Enjoy good food in peace, be waited on hand and foot and just let yourself be spoilt. Delicious antipasti and a good selection of bread play just as important a role as our choice of refined starters and main courses, not to mention the sweet finale.

Knödel philosophy
This type of dumpling belongs to South Tyrol like the cross on the summit. As a traditional South Tyrolean dish, it plays an important role in our cuisine and that is why we would like to give you the opportunity to enjoy a different Knödel speciality every day. Either as a starter or main course, with a rustic or a modern interpretation.

Culinary excursions & events
Let us combine cuisine, nature and culture and enjoy a picnic in the mountains or a barbecue by the Rio Valles river! Or how about a visit to the Neustift Monastery followed by a wine tasting? In addition, there are special culinary events in the hotel depending on the season, such as the farmers' market or the herbal event, which ranges from herbs used in cooking to those in the SPA.
