Our beautiful new restaurant area with its large buffet and sun terrace, which invites you to linger, especially in summer, is intended to be a place of comfort and enjoyment for our guests.

Holiday breakfast
With everything your heart desires: Freshly squeezed juices, crusty bread specialities and cakes, muesli in all variations, fresh fruit, local sausage, farm ham and spicy cheese, freshly prepared egg dishes and much more.

The Marende is a South Tyrolean tradition that is particularly close to our hearts and is therefore also a highlight of our ¾-Verwöhnpension. After you return to the hotel from your excursions, a tasty refreshment of typical savoury and sweet delicacies awaits you in the afternoon: From bacon to tramezzini to apple strudel. From 2.30 to 5.00 p.m.

Celebrating the evening
Dinner is one of the best highlights of a holiday. Eating well in a relaxed atmosphere, being served, simply enjoying yourself. Delicious antipasti and a good selection of bread play just as important a role as our refined starters and main courses and the sweet conclusion.

Dumpling philosophy
The dumpling belongs to South Tyrol like the cross to the summit. As a traditional South Tyrolean dish, it plays an important role in our cuisine and therefore we would like to give you the opportunity to enjoy a dumpling speciality every day. As a starter or main course, rustic or interpreted in a modern way.
