Climbing & Via Ferratas

Around the Nassfeld in the Carnic Alps - in the Rosskofel massif as well as on the Trogkofel and Gartnerkofel - there are some attractive climbing possibilities. Above all, numerous via ferratas for beginners and professionals are waiting to be climbed. One of the most attractive routes - the "Däumling" - is located at the freely accessible Gartnerkofel massif. With difficulty level B/C and a length of 500 metres, 150 metres of altitude difference are overcome. Further up, at the top of the rock tower, a great view of the Alps awaits you.

Tip: Visit the Outdoor Park Nassfeld, the largest of its kind in Carinthia. In addition to high rope elements and a Flying Fox, there are also via ferratas and 3,000 m climbing routes.
