Every day, our South Tyrolean afternoon snack corner invites you to enjoy a cosy break. In the dumpling cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare an authentic South Tyrolean traditional recipe yourself. During the wine tasting, you’ll discover some of the region’s finest wines. The programme is rounded off with a personal hike with Andreas Falkensteiner.
