Eligible to enter are individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, excluding Italy and France. Employees of the FMTG Group, affiliated agencies and their relatives are excluded.
Entry period: 2 August 2026, 10:00, to 31 August 2026, 23:59 (CEST).
To enter, you must register for the Falkensteiner Members Club within the entry period. Every valid registration automatically enters the prize draw; no further action is required. Comments, likes or messages on Instagram do not constitute entry.
Membership of the Members Club and any consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the chance of winning. To be eligible for the prize draw, membership must be active at the time of the draw. If membership is terminated or deactivated before the draw, the entry will not be considered.
The winner will be selected on 1 September 2026 by a prize draw from among all eligible entrants; the winner will be notified by email to the address provided upon entry. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner may be selected. The winner’s name will not be published.
The prize consists of two nights’ accommodation for two people at a Falkensteiner hotel of the winner’s choice, subject to availability. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred to a third party; any applicable taxes are to be borne by the winner.
Entry via competition clubs or automated services is not permitted. FMTG reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of incorrect details, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids, and to cancel or amend the competition for good cause. The selection of the winner is final; legal recourse is excluded.
Data protection: For the purposes of participation, the email address provided upon registration will be used to identify and notify the winner; in the case of the winner, their name and booking details will also be used to redeem the prize. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Data collected in the course of this competition will be deleted three months after the end of the entry period; in the case of the winner, the data will be deleted once the redemption period has expired.
Austrian law shall apply; the place of jurisdiction is Vienna; the statutory consumer courts shall remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported nor organised by Instagram.
In the event of any discrepancies between the language versions, the German version shall prevail.
