Pony Almabtrieb
A joyful day for all ages: At the Pony Almabtrieb, the ponies are beautifully decorated and accompany children and families on their way from the Pritzhütte to their winter stable at Katschberghöhe. From 11:00 am, musical entertainment and regional delicacies set the mood before the traditional descent begins at 2:00 pm. The scenic autumn route can be reached on foot or by Ponyalm Express (carriage). An authentic piece of living Lungau tradition, nestled within the “Katschberger HoamArt” cultural series. A celebration of joy, connection, and the farewell to alpine summer.
