• The central parking lot for guests of the Lake Houses & Comfort Houses is located on the east side of "Blagus Lake", in close proximity to the reception. Golf carts are available at reception to transport luggage to the accommodation.
• Guests of the pitches can park their vehicles on their parking spaces. A maximum of 2 motorized vehicles are permitted per standing area. The access to the parking spaces is on the northwest side of “Blagus Lake”.

Smoking is not permitted in the Lake Houses, Comfort Houses, the sanitary areas and the restaurant area.

Do you want your dog to enjoy the vacation as much as you do? At Falkensteiner campsites we also give your beloved four-legged friend a welcome home feeling. We look forward to welcoming you and your loyal companions to our campsite. Your dog is allowed to accompany you to the pitches and the Comfort & Lake Houses. However, the restaurants, the sanitary areas and the sauna area remain reserved for holidaymakers.

Cancellation conditions Camping Homes (Lake & Comfort Houses):

SEASON: 25.03. - 30.06.24 & 01.09. - 31.10.24

In the event of cancellation of your stay, we charge the following cancellation fees:

Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
6 to 4 days before arrival: 45 % of the total amount of the booked stay
3 days to 1 day before arrival: 75 % of the total amount of the booked stay
On the day of arrival: 90 % of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of a no-show, unused mobile home or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100 % of the total amount.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund of the arrangements is possible.

SEASON 01.07. - 31.08.24

In the event of cancellation of your stay, we charge the following cancellation fees:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
13 to 7 days before arrival: 45 % of the total amount of the booked stay
6 days to 1 day before arrival: 75 % of the total amount of the booked stay
On the day of arrival: 90 % of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of a no-show, unused mobile home or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100 % of the total amount.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund of the arrangements is possible.

Cancellation conditions for pitches:

A parking space can be canceled 21 days before arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is canceled within 21 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

SEASON 01.07. - 31.08.24

Cancellation before 21 days before arrival - no cancellation fee
21-7 days before arrival - 30 % of the booking amount
7 days – No Show - 100 % of the booking amount
In the event of a no-show, unused parking space or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100 % of the total amount.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund of the arrangements is possible.

General contract conditions

All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made in writing. Tour operators must forward bookings to the campsite immediately.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
 

For individuals

A deposit of 15 % of the total amount must be paid within 14 days of booking. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival. If payments are not received on time, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking. For short-term bookings, your credit card will be accepted to guarantee your reservation.

For agencies

The total amount of the reservation must be made no later than 7 days before the arrival of the guests. If payments are not received on time, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking. For short-term bookings, your credit card will be accepted to guarantee your reservation.

Payment terms and conditions for pitches

A reservation will be confirmed after advance payment.
The advance payment for all pitches is 380 kn (approx. € 50). The rest of the payment will be paid by the guest on site.
The advance payment for parking spaces in the Premium Zone between July 6th and August 23rd is 760 kn (approx. € 100)

The “Premium Camping Lake Blagus” has a variety of barrier-free areas (restaurant, sanitary area, reception). There are 2 shower, washing and toilet rooms suitable for wheelchair users. These are marked on the campsite map.

Due to their location in the forest and on a slope, the "Lake Houses" are not optimally accessible for wheelchair users. The “Comfort Houses” are also not suitable for wheelchair users due to their slightly raised terrace in front.

Of course, we will also be happy to help you overcome any obstacles and assist you whenever necessary.
