On 24 May from 12.00-15.00, Mochi Bozen welcomes you to a festive culinary experience with buffet, live cooking and served dishes. Discover a fusion of Japanese and European cuisine: sushi, udon cacio e pepe, tori karaage, avocado sashimi or sando “Benedict”, followed by desserts such as matcha tiramisu, yuzu macarons and more.
