Please drive directly into the Walther Tunnel on Mayr Nusser Street.

Follow the signs to the WaltherPark underground car park and proceed to level -2. From there, the signage will guide you directly to the hotel entranc

Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please note that we charge a cleaning fee if you smoke in your room. In addition, smoking in our hotel is only permitted in designated areas such as the smokers' lounge and in outdoor areas, with consideration for others.

Children of all ages are very welcome here. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, please contact us in advance so that we can best prepare for your needs.

Dogs are very welcome at our hotel. The Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen Waltherpark offers everything a dog's heart desires. Price per dog per night € 25,00 including Welcome Dogs package.

Many people have food intolerances or want to avoid animal products altogether. For us, it goes without saying that we contribute to your holistic well-being on holiday and with regard to food by catering to your individual dietary requirements. Vegan dishes as well as gluten-free and lactose-free products are available in our restaurants on request.  

If you have a vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free diet, please let us know at the time of booking or a few days before your arrival.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply: If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel or rebook your booking free of charge up to 2 days before arrival in low season, 7 days before arrival in mid season and 14 days before arrival in high season. In the event of cancellation within these 2, 7 or 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the daily rate.

No-show and early departure
We reserve the right to charge 100 % of the total amount.

We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.

In order to guarantee our early booking rates, we ask for a bank transfer or payment via SIX Saferpay of the total amount in euros within seven days of finalising your booking. Please quote the reservation number when making a bank transfer and note that we do not accept cheques.

When booking our daily rate or arrangements, we ask you to provide us with your credit card details by means of a SIX payment link sent to you. Only an authorisation of € 1.00 will be reserved to check the validity of the credit card. Payment is made on site on departure.

There are a number of barrier-free areas in our hotels. Of course, we are also happy to help you overcome any obstacles and assist you whenever necessary. 

The public areas of the Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen Waltherpark are completely barrier-free. In addition, the hotel offers 12 accessible rooms.

The Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen WaltherPark is cooled using a river water system fed by the Isarco/Eisack. Cold water from the river is channelled to heat exchangers on the riverbank, where the cooling energy is transferred to a closed circuit running through the building. The river water itself remains completely unaltered — it flows straight back into the river after the heat exchange.
The entire process is gravity-driven, with no pumps or filtration systems required. Compared to a conventional air conditioning system, this saves around 176 tonnes of CO₂ per year — without adding heat to the surrounding neighbourhood.
