Every Wednesday, the Mochi Bar on the 6th floor becomes a Japanese-style lounge where vinyl, food and drinks tell a story together.
Each week, a different selector sets the pace with a hand-picked set of records, and on the first Wednesday of every month, artistic director Cristian Rot takes to the decks himself.
To go with it, try the Kuro Mochi menu: three dishes and three signature drinks, created to complement each other and served on these evenings only.
