Our egg station prepares all dishes to order à la minute in the interactive show kitchen – from omelets to scrambled eggs. The table display features the finest selection of cold cuts and cheeses. The offering is rounded off with seasonal smoothies and a yogurt & muesli station, featuring regional organic products, nuts, seeds, and fresh milk sourced directly from a local farm.

LUNCH

At lunchtime, you can look forward to a colourful variety of green salad options and lightly marinated salads, accompanied by fresh vegetable-based sauces, dressings, and quality oils. Our show kitchen serves up a changing selection of warm dishes each day. The meal is perfectly rounded off with a daily selection of small desserts and fresh fruit.

In the evening, our restaurant indulges you with a diverse feel-good dinner featuring international specialties, partially offered as self-service.
