Please note that all areas of the hotel are non-smoking, except for designated outdoor zones and terraces (pool areas excluded).

Your dog is warmly welcome in the lobby and in selected areas of the Artigiani restaurant. If you wish to bring your dog to breakfast, please let us know in advance so we can reserve a suitable table. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the wellness areas, including the spa and pool.

A charge of 39 euros per night applies (food not included).

We understand that many guests have dietary intolerances or choose to follow a plant-based lifestyle. Supporting your overall wellbeing also means respecting your individual nutritional needs – and that is something we are happy to do.

In our restaurants, vegan dishes are available on request – from tofu and seasonal homemade options to selected vegan alternatives and refreshing fruit sorbets. At breakfast, you can enjoy seasonal fruit, vegetables, jams, margarine and, on request, a selection of vegan spreads.

Gluten-free and/or lactose-free options such as pasta, baked goods, cheeses, cold cuts, spreads and cereals are also available on request.

If you follow a vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free diet, we kindly ask you to inform us when booking or at least a few days prior to arrival.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply: If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel or rebook your booking free of charge up to 2 days before arrival in low season, 7 days before arrival in mid season and 14 days before arrival in high season. In the event of cancellation within these 2, 7 or 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the daily rate.

No-show and early departure: We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.

We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. 

In order to guarantee our early booking rates, we ask for a bank transfer or payment via SIX Saferpay of the total amount in euros within seven days of finalising your booking. Please quote the reservation number when making a bank transfer and note that we do not accept cheques.

When booking our daily rate or arrangements, we ask you to provide us with your credit card details by means of a SIX payment link sent to you. Only an authorisation of € 1.00 will be reserved to check the validity of the credit card. Payment is made on site on departure.
