In this exclusive culinary experience, the hotel's Jadran restaurant is the main dining venue, while the gastronomic offer also includes the à la carte restaurants Bracera, Planika and Spice. Each restaurant offers a unique ambiance and thoughtfully curated menus featuring three to four courses – from fresh seafood delicacies and Asian specialties to perfectly crafted meat dishes.

Jadran: A 4-course Mediterranean-Dalmatian menu that includes a salad bar, appetisers, soup, pasta or risotto, a main course, dessert, and a special weekly Dalmatian night.
Bracera: An à la carte seafood menu featuring 3 courses: appetiser, main course, and dessert.
Planika: An à la carte menu offering grilled dishes and pizzas, also with 3 courses: appetizer, main course, and dessert.
Spice: An à la carte Asian-inspired menu consisting of 3 courses: appetiser, main course, and dessert.
