old market hall
The Old Market Hall of Bratislava was built in 1910 and served as a market hall earlier. In the meantime, the hall was converted and used as a studio and warehouse for Slovak National Television. Since 2013, the Old Market Hall Alliance has been taking care of the hall again and organises a market every Saturday (with the exception of the Christmas season) and cultural, gastronomic and social events as well as other markets on the remaining days. A visit is definitely worthwhile.
