For the first time at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Carinzia on the Kärntner Nassfeld, the popular Pilates Babes Retreat by and with Pilates expert Elvira Rumetshofer takes place!
In classical Pilates, the focus is on control, concentration, centering, breathing, precision, and flow. The emphasis here is not on speed but on controlled, smooth transitions between exercises.
Elvira guides through each session and knows exactly how to make your inner and outer self shine through systematic full-body training!
Suitable for all levels of fitness.

• 4:00 - 4:30 PM Participants' Meeting
• 4:30 - 5:30 PM Classical Pilates Beginner Level for Getting to Know Each Other
• 6:30 – 7:00 PM Healthy Aperitivo
• 7:00 PM Group Dinner

 
Saturday

• 8:00 - 9:00 AM Classical Pilates Intermediate
• 9:00 - 10:00 AM Breakfast
• 11:30 AM - 12:30/1:00 PM Guided Llama Walk (voluntary, indicate participation when booking)
• 1:00 - 4:30 PM Time for Wellness, Leisure, etc.
• 5:00 - 6:00 PM Classical Pilates with a focus on the Teaser
• 7:00 PM Group Dinner
   

Sunday

• 8:30 - 9:30 AM Classical Pilates
• 9:30 - 10:00 AM Breakfast
• 10:30 AM Farewell
