FOR BABIES, KIDS AND ADULTS

Guests of all ages can learn to swim and improve their technique. The swimming lessons are free for our hotel guests. You can register at the hotel. After all, a summer holiday with kids is more fun for everyone when the little ones can swim on their own.

STARTING YOUNG – SWIMMING LESSONS FOR BABIES

We offer swimming lessons for babies as young as 4 months old. Swimming for babies has a positive effect on a child’s development and sense of balance.

Competent and qualified instructors teach the kids using a 3-level swimming program developed for children. Kids learn the right swimming techniques with the help of special floating tyres.

 

Swimming programmes for babies and kids:

  • Swimming for babies ages 4 months to 1.5 years old
  • Swimming for small children ages 1.5 to 3.5 years old
  • Small swim school for children above 3.5 years old
  • Good swimming for children above 5 years old
  • Halliwick concept – special exercises for children attending lessons at the recommendation of a paediatrician or physical therapist
 
swimming lesson for babies and children lasts 30–45 minutes depending on their age. Parents stay in the water with babies and small children, but they do not need to be present at lessons for older children. The swimming lessons are split up into age groups and are offered daily in the morning and in the afternoon. A detailed schedule is available at the hotel reception.Since groups are not allowed to become too large, we ask for your understanding if there are wait times during high seasons.
 

THE SWIMMING CERTIFICATE

At the end of each course, the children receive a swimming certificate.Take advantage of the opportunity to teach your child to swim in a fun way at these lessons!

 

SPORTS, FUN AND GAMES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

Together with the entertainment team, our swimming instructions have developed programmes for both the entire family and for adults:
Programme for the whole family:
Fun in the pool – weekly tournaments (water polo, volleyball and much more)
Family games – small family Olympics and relay games
 

Programme for adults:
Water aerobics – 60 min.
Relaxation exercises in the water – 60 min.
Refresher course for adults – parents can refresh their swimming technique (breaststroke, backstroke, crawl and butterfly)
The programme is adapted to meet the needs of the individual participants. Duration: 45 min.
