CYCLING IN SOUTH TYROL

Mountain bikers and cyclists will get their money’s worth in the South Tyrolian Puster Valley. Due to its well-developed network of cycling paths between the towns – not only in the Puster Valley – your cycling holiday in South Tyrol will be pure joy. In the valley, many pleasantly laid-out forestry roads or specially marked bicycle paths lead you to wonderful destinations throughout South Tyrol, and according to your choosing and mood, either in a relaxed or a more strenuous way. The Kronplatz holiday region alone offers you a proud 1,163 km of bicycle and mountainbike paths.

The  valley of Antholz has long been well-known to those interested in biathlones and winter sports, but in recent years the area has attracted increased attention from cyclists and mountain bikers. The numerous cycling paths and mountain bike tracks can provide entertainment no matter what our guests are looking for. For those especially courageous adventure and speed can be found on downhill tracks.

Whether you would like to test your endurance in the Antholz Valley by mastering the beautiful panorama road leading up to the Staller Saddle at an altitude of 2,052 m altitude or the Rieserferner Round, or cycling around with the family on the forestry road to the Rasen Biotope or around Lake Antholz – the sunny Antholz Valleys is sure to offer the right bicycle or mountain bike tour for all visitors.

The bicycle path between Niederrasen and Antholz Niedertal can easily be accessed with a regular bicycle. From Niederrasen, you can get onto the Puster Valley bicycle path which leads to Olang, and from there, either in the direction of Bruneck or in the opposite direction towards Innich.
The popular Puster Valley bicycle path has one big advantage: if you don't have the energy to cycle back, just hop on the train for the return journey.

Our mountain bikes are ideal for other, tough tours through rougher terrain. We provide them for you to measure for even more cycling comfort. And for a relaxed cycling holiday in South Tyrol our E-bikes are the best choice.
