You want long, defined and beautiful muscles? Doing something really good to your body again? Then our Pilates and HIIT retreat is just right for you!

Classical Pilates focuses on control, concentration, centering, breathing, precision and flow. The art is to understand each exercise and carry it out consciously. It is not about speed, but about controlled, fluid transitions between the exercises, so that you learn to feel your body properly again.

Elvira accompanies you in every workshop session with the right breathing, concentration, precision and with controlled movements in the optimal flow. Feel how your muscles burn and look forward to a challenge at the end of each session! An outdoor session on the Schladminger Planai with a magnificent Dachstein view awaits you as a highlight.

As a Pilates pro and power woman, the Linz-born woman knows how to make your inner and outer body shine through systematic whole-body training: “I have never felt so fit mentally as well as physically. Thanks to the constant training, I have quickly reached my dream figure. Namely: an upright posture, an evenly trained body and lean muscles on top,” reveals Elvira Rumetshofer.

In case of bad weather there will be a special class with Pilates ball.
13:00 - 16:30 Time for wellness, leisure etc.
16:30 - 17:30 Classical Pilates with the focus Teaser
19:00 o'clock dinner together
