Red wine dinner by Falstaff
Falstaff invites you to a weekend of enjoyment at the "Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden" with a red wine master class and an exclusive red wine dinner by guest chef Harald Brunner under the sign of the "duck". Around the meanwhile almost traditional red wine dinner at the Wörthersee, you will spend the beginning of Advent in the exclusive "Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden".
On Friday there is a Welcome Dinner in the restaurant "Seespitz" with a view of the lake. On Saturday, the red wine master class with two selected top winemakers, awarded by Falstaff, will follow as well as the red wine dinner, which will be accompanied by their top wines.
Thomas Gruber, Chef de Cuisine at the "Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden" could win top chef Harald Brunner as co-star for this edition of the red wine dinner. In keeping with the season and the reputation of Brunner's creations in the Viennese restaurant "Das Spittelberg", the five-course menu will be all about duck and its delicious variations.
In addition to the top-class wine enjoyment programme, guests can enjoy the luxury hotel on Lake Wörthersee to the full - whether at breakfast, lunch or in the exclusive wellness and spa area.
