BeYOUtiful Yoga Retreat by Julia Andorfer
"Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself. “
"Selfness" as wellness for body and soul, to do something good for yourself and to experience personal well-being and empowerment. This is at the heart of this retreat, where participants (re)learn to say YES to themselves in a holistic way.
Daily Morning Flow Yoga Yin Yoga in the late afternoon "The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness. We start the day with an activating yoga class during the retreat, and there is also a quieter yoga class in the late afternoon for more relaxation and self-care. Yoga serves as a means to move the focus of attention away from rationality towards a sense of well-being in one's own body. It is an invitation to linger in the here and now. All lessons are designed to be suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
Mindful relaxation techniques, fantasy journeys as well as meditations are further components of the program to bring body and soul into balance. By pausing and becoming aware of the treasures in life, an arrival and dwelling in the here and now as well as greater life satisfaction and gratitude is achieved.
