An idyllic and stylish family hotel at Nassfeld!
SPORTS in Nassfeld
Hiking and golf in Nassfeld
In the summer, trade in your skis for a mountain bike and instead of a toboggan ride, get out your trekking boots – you’ve got one of the most beautiful hiking and Alpine sport areas at your disposal here. And the new 18-hole Gailtal golf course is just 3 km away.
The peace and quiet of the region surrounding Nassfeld has inspired hikers to experience the great outdoors here for centuries, but the region also offers opportunities for pleasure and relaxation. Hikers are not the only ones who can enjoy the green meadows nestled between boulders and peaks. Golfers can also skilfully swing their way through the 18-hole Gailtal golf course.
Winter at Nassfeld
Nassfeld is the largest ski area in Carinthia, and the Hotel Sonnenalpe is located directly on the slopes, at an elevation of 1,500 m. So it’s the perfect place to rack up a few kilometres on the slopes and enjoy the snow-covered landscape! In the summer, Nassfeld is a gorgeous natural area with a variety of hiking trails and climbing tours.
The best option of all is to try out everything Nassfeld has to offer: Coast down the 110 km of prepared slopes on your carvers, or visit the large fun park with your snowboard. You can also opt for a more quiet, relaxing day and make your way through the picturesque winter landscape or whiz down into the valley with friends in a toboggan.
If you want to stay active while you’re on holiday, we recommend taking advantage of our wide array of sports and activities. We have something for everyone:
