Arrival and departure

Your room will be prepared and available to you on the day of arrival from 2 pm. We respectfully request that you vacate your room on the day of departure by 12 am at the latest, or to contact the reception if an extended stay is desired  100. We will be happy to store your luggage in the luggage room next to the reception.

Bank

The closest bank institute is the “ERSTE Bank”, Lerchenfelderstrasse 120, 1080 Vienna.
Opening hours are: Mon till Fri 8.00 am – 03.00 pm, Thu 08.00 am – 05.30 pm, lunch break 12.30 am – 01.30 pm.  (0) 050100 200 82.

Bar

Our hotel bar is daily open from 10.00 am till 12.00 midnight. Our bar offers a fine selection of cocktails, long drinks, further specialties and international food. Please find more information in the bar menu which is also placed in your room.

Cash-dispenser

We are happy to accept payment of your bill by means of an EC card. You can find the closest cash dispenser at the “ERSTE Bank”, Lerchenfelderstrasse 120, 1080 Vienna.

Garage

For a fee our underground parking garage offers secure parking spaces for your vehicle. Please notice the limitations concerning size and weight. You can get the card and further information for the garage at the reception.

Internet

Internet is for free in the whole hotel area. You can also use the public internet terminal nearby front desk for free.

Parking

All streets surrounding our hotel are subject to restricted parking zone. From 09.00 am to 10.00 pm parking is only permitted with a valid parking slip for a maximum of two hours. Parking slips are available at the reception.

Payment

We are happy to accept your payment in cash, by cash card (EC Card) or the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB.

Pay-TV

Via Premiere-TV you have access to Pay-TV channels on your TV-Set - please note the additional costs. Detailed information can be found in the brochure next the TV set in your room.

Pets

Dogs and cats are welcome in our hotel for a charge. We kindly ask for your understanding that your pets are not permitted in the restaurant and bar area.

Pharmacy

The closest pharmacy can be found: “Weltheiland”, Lerchenfelderstrasse 122, 1080 Vienna.
Opening hours: Mon until Fri 08:00 am – 06:00 pm, Saturday 08:00 am. – 12:00 am. If you need a pharmacy after hours or on the weekend, please contact the reception  100.

Public transport

The next underground station U6 “Burggasse/Stadthalle” is only five minutes walking distance from the hotel. You can reach the bus station 48A “Zieglergasse/Burggasse” within 2 min which goes directly to the centre. The next tram station is “Schottenfeldgasse” line 46 (three minutes walk) you will come also in the city centre. Please ask at the reception for detailed directions. You can get tickets at any tobacco-shop or at the metro stations. The “Vienna Card” is a ticket valid for 72 hours including several reductions for museums, theatres, etc.

You can purchase the Vienna Card for a fee at the reception.

Shopping facilities

Vienna is an ideal city for shopping and offers a wide selection of fashionable boutiques, flagship stores, trendy shops, and alternative shopping opportunities in the city’s numerous street markets.

The most popular shopping streets are:

“Mariahilferstrasse”, 15 minutes within walking distance or you take the underground line U6 “Burggasse/Stadthalle” one stop.
“Kärntner Strasse”, you can reach the bus station 48A “Zieglergasse/Burggasse” within 3 min which goes directly to the centre “Dr. Karl-Renner-Ring” and then its 10 minutes within walking distance to the “Kärntner Strasse” or you take the bus 48A “Zieglergasse/Burggasse” until the stop “Volkstheater”, change to the line U3 and get off at “Stephansplatz”.
