The cool morning air is something you can taste and smell. And then off to the slopes, ready, steady, go! Completely smoothed snow, a good skiing surface. You will continue across the untouched wide carving slopes in the direction of Olang. Some more circling movements at the top, surely this must beat flying. Then tighter swings, shorter distances, shorter and shorter, finding your rythmn down to Olang. Anyone who accomplishes this without stopping and knees trembling deserves respect. Then back up to the top again to the Sylvester and down to Reischach.
This ski slope has long since become a legend of the passion for skiing. And the other skiers are only beginning to appear at the lifts now!

Summer in the Antholz mountains!
Do you know that moment? You leave a house, step onto the road and suddenly you forget everything that has happened until now. For some seconds you are blinded by the clear sunlight and then after a few seconds nature becomes clear again in all its detail. Even if you refuse to allow yourself a romantic mood of this kind in your everyday office life, you must admit: it is extremely beautiful.
You are at an altitude of 1,600 m in the Antholz mountains. Everything you ever heard of in songs praising areas of exceptional natural beauty in the various languages of the world you will find here at your finger tips, you can even touch it. Loud noises become something of the past but you might sometimes be treated to the chirping of crickets. And, that is precisely what makes this so relaxing for stressed people. The much praised "rediscovery of going slow" becomes a real and special act of pleasure in the mountains. You can run without a care in the world over mountain pastures wet with dew and take a break whenever you feel like it to enjoy the satisfying combination of untouched nature and regional specialities which you should always have tucked away in your rucksack. Even if it appears almost unspectacular at first glance, this is a holiday you will remember as one of the most unusual holidays you ever had.
