The secret of our cuisine is not actually a secret. Burger Bernhard, our chef, has a clear approach: the use of natural and untreated products and constantly fresh ingredients which match the season. Artificial aromas and ingredients are off-limits. This is the basic pre-requisite for an excellent meal.
Naturally that is not enough. A certain degree of imagination and creativity are of course also required and above all the talent of people with special culinary skills.
All of this coupled with a friendly service, service the way that comes natural to us: Southern─Tyrolean warmth and Southern─Tyrolean naturalness. No forced smiles but real pleasure at being able to spoil you. And every day that you spend with us ends with a true highlight: a wonderful dinner with friends.
