Regular cleaning service for the apartments on request (even when owners are away for longer periods of time), laundry service, bedding and towel changes and minor repairs, maintenance work and garden maintenance.

Various apartment services when owners are away and preparation of the apartment for arrival, with services such as airing the apartment out, heating it in advance, filling the refrigerator, etc. Discreet 24-hour security services and security system, automatic access control, regular monitoring of the apartments also when owners are away.

Earnings opportunities through subletting
The option of subletting apartments via Falkensteiner’s international sales network, with more than 100 sales partners in over 20 countries, offers apartment owners an interesting opportunity to generate additional earnings.
